ELVA INTERNATIONAL INC. trades on the OTC Pink Sheet

In order to focus on its growth and to allocate 100% of its resources to the marketing and deployment of its technology, ELVA INTERNATIONAL INC. stops trading on the OTCBB. From now on the company will trade on the OTC Pink Sheet. The Board will decide to meet again the SEC compliance as soon as business results is sufficient to justify a higher level of quotation. This decision was made and filed by ELVA INTERNATIONAL INC's Board on October 16, 2006.
